Friday & Saturday 7:50 am - 3:55 pm, Sunday 7:50 am - 10:55 am
The Children’s Conference will accommodate children ages 6 - 12 and will begin 10 minutes before the workshop sessions start and run until 10 minutes after they end. Parents are responsible for their children during all mealtimes.
The 2018 Children’s Conference will explore and celebrate Healthy People, Healthy Planet. The children will begin each day with yoga, physical games and community- building activities, and continue each day with activities and skill building that will assist them in co-creating a vibrant and healthy planet. Highlights to expect this year include drumming, Latin dancing, making music, songwriting, planting and compost-making skills, and creating group and individual art. They’ll spend time outdoors as the weather allows (with extra time if there is snow or sunshine), so children and staff are asked to bring boots, mittens or gloves, hats, winter coats, extra layers and even snow pants if you have them.
