Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities

Deadline: December 1, 2017

Our Winter Conference welcomes more than 1,000 participants for the annual three-day event. Sponsoring our conference and advertising in the conference program are great ways to reach organic farmers, gardeners and food advocates with your marketing message while helping to promote local, organic food and farming.

For more information, email Valerie Burba at vburba@nofany.org or register online.

Tradeshow Opportunities

Deadline: December 1, 2017

Participating in our tradeshow is a great way to get your product or service in front of more than 1,000 organic farmers, gardeners and food advocates while helping to promote local, organic food and farming.

For more information, email Valerie Burba at vburba@nofany.org or register online.

Wellness Fair Opportunities

Compensation is $30/Hour Plus a Free Saturday Registration
Deadline: December 15, 2017

We are inviting health practitioners to provide a wellness service to conference participants. The service may be a 10-minute message, a homeopathy consultation, or a health screening, for example. Please bring your own tables and privacy screens, if needed. As a Wellness Fair practitioner, NOFA-NY will provide a compensation of $30/hour. Since we also have a tradeshow, health practitioners may not sell any products or services during the Wellness Fair.

For more information, contact Andrianna Natsoulas at (202) 203-0716 or andrianna@nofany.org (please include "Wellness Fair" in the subject line). If you would like to participate, please apply online no later than December 15, 2017.

volunteer Opportunities

Receive a $50 Rebate on Registration
Deadline: January 4, 2017

The success of our conference depends upon the hard work of many helping hands. Volunteers will receive a $50 rebate on registration. Our working participants will be expected to attend an orientation and to work for two assigned shifts during the conference. Positions will be filled on a first-come, first-assigned basis.

We are looking for translators for some of the workshops, so if you are fluent in both English and Spanish, please let us know!

If you would like to volunteer, contact conference@nofany.org.

Food Donation Opportunities

Receive a Discount on Registration
Deadline: December 15, 2017

Each conference meal is a tribute to the diversity and bounty of New York State’s organic agriculture, with many of the ingredients donated by farms, small-scale food processors and food hubs in our midst. Food donors can receive a credit toward registration based on the wholesale value of their donation, or have the value treated as a tax-deductible donation.

If you would like to donate food, contact Nancy Weber at food@nofany.org or (315) 420-0454.
